Our Current Services
- Services: I offer many services like the other guys do, just with a more personal and affordable touch. If you pay me a service charge of $25 to come to your place you get free diagnosis. If you drop off with an appointment there's no diagnosis charge as long as we don't have to open up the computer or work with the OS. If we do have to work on the OS or open it up, the price starts at $40 per hour for troubleshooting, with the price going to $20 for every half an hour after the first hour.
- Troubleshooting: $50 per hour, 1/2 off after 1st hour. This includes doing what I can with my resources to find a solution.
- Malware/Virus Removal: Remove via software or known tricks $40 per hour. If that doesn't work, we backup as much data as possible and reinstall the OS and put data back on (this makes it like new again.) There may be cost for OS install and or backup and transfer of data if needed.
- Speed up and Optimize: Either through software or hardware options. $50 per hour.
- Network Help: Optimize WiFi dead spots, work with router or adapter issues, help connect various devices to WiFi. $40 per hour.
- Printer Setup/Help: If your having problems with your printer, look no further and I'll see what I can do to get you up and running again! $40 per hour
- OS (Windows or Mac) installs: $60 for Windows 10 and $75 for Windows 11 and Mac.
- Computer Setup: I can help you get your computer hooked up and install software, apps, extensions and add an trusted Anti-Virus solution. $40 per hour.
- Build A Personal or Gaming Computer: Do you have specific needs for a new computer, or want a custom gaming PC, he can do it. Stay away from those mostly pre fabricated over priced proprietary computers and get one built by a pro that will last. $65 per hour, plus parts, and a 2 hours minimum with the price for each half an hour after going down to $30.
- Upgrade or Repair your Computer: $50 per hour for desktops $60 per hour for laptops, 1 hr. minimum for each with half an hour charge after first hour. If we can't fix it there will be no charge.
- Backup and/or Transfer: It all depends on the speed of the computer and amount of data. Generally $60 per hour for faster computers and $70 per hour for slower ones.
